Effective November 1, 2026

These terms cover inflowk9.com and the Fix Your Leads Session sold by Inflow K9 Marketing LLC ("Inflow K9," "we," "us"). By booking or paying for a session, you agree to them.

The Fix Your Leads Session

Before the call, we review the ad accounts and lead tracking you give us view-only access to. The call is a one-hour working session by video. Within 7 days after the call, you receive a written breakdown with a prioritized fix list, plus the recording. The review depends on the access you give us. If you can't share access, we'll work from what you can show us on the call.

Payment

The session costs $297, paid in full in advance through Stripe.

Guarantee

If you don't leave with at least 3 specific fixes, email derek@inflowk9.com within 14 days of your session and we'll refund the full $297. A specific fix is a concrete change to your ads, tracking, landing pages or lead follow-up that you can act on.

Scheduling

You can reschedule once if you give at least 24 hours' notice. If you miss your session without notice, we'll offer one new time. If that one is missed too, the session counts as delivered.

Recording

Sessions are recorded so we can send you the recording. We'll tell you at the start of each call that it's being recorded.

Confidentiality and your accounts

We keep your business information confidential and use it only to deliver your session. We never make changes to your accounts, and you can remove our access at any time.

No guaranteed results

The session gives you recommendations. Results depend on many things outside our control, so we can't promise any particular outcome. Testimonials and case studies, including Mark's, describe one business's results. They aren't typical and aren't a promise of what you'll get.

Other terms

Inflow K9 isn't affiliated with Google or Meta. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for the session is limited to the amount you paid for it. North Carolina law governs these terms. We may update these terms, and the version posted here when you buy applies to your purchase.
