Inflow K9 Marketing LLC ("Inflow K9," "we," "us") is a marketing agency for dog training businesses, based in North Carolina. This policy explains what information we collect through inflowk9.com and our services, and what we do with it. Questions go to derek@inflowk9.com.

What we collect

What you tell us in our forms, like your name, business name, phone number, email, website, revenue range, whether you work with an agency, and what you'd like help with. Booking details when you schedule a call. Payments are handled by Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number. If you give us view-only access to your ad accounts or call tracking, we review that data to prepare your session. We record sessions so we can send you the recording, and we tell you when a call is recorded. Our site uses cookies and pixels, including the Meta Pixel, to measure our ads and show our ads to people who visited the site.

How we use it

To respond to your request and schedule your session. To prepare and deliver your session, written breakdown and recording. To process payments and refunds. To follow up about our services, which you can ask us to stop at any time. To measure and improve our website and ads.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as Stripe for payments, Google for email and calendar, Framer for our website, Meta for ad measurement, and our call recording tool. We may also share information when the law requires it.

Your ad account data

When you give us view-only access, we use it only to prepare your session. We never make changes to your accounts, we keep your business information confidential, and you can remove our access at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep information as long as we need it for the purposes above or as long as the law requires, and then we delete it.

Your choices

Email derek@inflowk9.com to see, correct or delete the information we have about you, or to stop hearing from us. You can limit cookies in your browser settings and control ads in your Meta ad preferences.

Children

Our site and services are for business owners and aren't directed to children under 13.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
